Returns/Exchanges
RETURNS
- Merchandise must have all original tags attached, in their original form (NOT worn, altered or washed).
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund/ exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.
- We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.
- Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- All refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- If you are returning a gift and are not the original purchaser, please be sure to indicate any changes to the delivery address.

EXCHANGES:
- Securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or shipper barcodes from package.
- Affix prepaid shipping label to package.
- Please keep bottom tracking portion of the label for your records and tracking.
- Apparel returns can only be accepted if the original label/hang tag has not been removed.
